Update: 16 August 2018, Thursday
Well done Atlético Madrid for winning their third UEFA Super Cup title! With a 2-2 draw at full time, Atlético managed to score 2 more in extra time to put their neighbour to shame. Read more from The Guardian here.

The UEFA Super Cup is an annual continental club football match which is contested by the champions of the two main European club competitions — the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Europa League. The 43rd edition of the Super Cup will play on 15 August 2018 with Real Madrid and Atlético Madrid battling it out for the ultimate club bragging rights in Europe.

This year at A. Le Coq Arena in Tallinn, Estonia — Real Madrid will be looking to defend their title to solidify their 3rd straight Super Cup win. Whereas neighbourhood rivals Atlético Madrid however, have never lost in this competition having won on both of their previous appearances in 2010 and 2012. This will also be the first time both teams are from one city in the competition’s entire history which will surely make it an unusually local atmosphere.

Live coverage will be available through BT Sports (UK), SonyLIV (India), RaiPlay (Italy), beIN Sports (Spain), and SuperSport (South Africa). Here are the match coverage breakdown for the different countries:
