Update: 9th June 2018, Saturday
They did it again! The Warriors are NBA champions for the second-straight year and third time in the past four seasons after defeating the Cavaliers 108-85 last Friday. Watch the highlights from YouTube here. Congratulations Warriors! We’ll see you folks back here again for the next 2018-19 NBA season starting in October this year.

Update: 7 June 2018, Thursday
“Soul-crushing” is one way to describe the game last Wednesday for the Cavaliers as they lose another round to the Warriors 102-110. Even with Curry and Thompson of the Warriors playing about half as good as they could, they still emerged victorious and dealt an ominous blow to the Cavaliers, leading the Finals by 3-0. Watch the highlights from YouTube here. Game Four begins on Friday, 8 June @ 9pm EDT and you can watch it live for free via SonyLIV (India). There are also live streams via NBA League Pass, ABC, YouTube TV, BT Sport, TSN, ESPN, and beIN Sports.

Update: 5 June 2018, Tuesday
Steph Curry made NBA Finals history last weekend by shooting a record nine three-pointers and lead the Warriors to a decisive victory over the Cavaliers, winning 122-103. Watch the highlights from YouTube here. Game Three begins on Wednesday, 6 June @ 9pm EDT.

Update: 1 June 2018, Friday
In a thrilling first game last night with a neck and neck tie throughout the quarters, the Golden State Warriors finally pulled away in OT, winning 124-114. Watch the highlights from YouTube here. Game Two begins on Sunday, 3 June @ 8pm EDT.

Update: 30 May 2018, Wednesday
In a very close conference finals, the Cavaliers defeated the Celtics 4-3 on the eastern coast whilst the Warriors defeated the Rockets 4-3 on the western coast. Which brings us to the NBA Finals! For the 4th time in a row, the Cleveland Cavaliers will face the Golden State Warriors in a best-of-seven game format starting 31 May @ 2100EDT which will last until 17 June for the seventh game (if that comes to be).

This year’s 2017/18 National Basketball Association will mark the 72nd season of the League since being founded in 1946. Considered to be the most prestigious men’s basketball league in the world, the NBA is contested by 30 of the best teams from the Eastern and Western Conferences through a 6-month regular season. After which, the best 16 teams will then advance to the playoffs to compete through a best-of-seven elimination tournament, all for a chance at this season’s prestigious Larry O’Brien NBA Championship Trophy.

The 2017/18 NBA’s 78-game preseason will begin 30 September and will conclude on 13 October 2017. As usual, this is just a precursor to the main 1,230-game regular season which will commence on 17 October 2017 till 11 April 2018 and finally kicking off with the Playoffs on 14 April 2018 which ends on 28 May 2018. With the best teams from the Eastern and Western Conferences, the NBA Finals showdown will be held from 31 May – 17 June 2018.

Live coverage will be available through NBA League Pass (Global), ABC (U.S), YouTube TV (U.S), ESPN (U.S, South America, Australia & New Zealand), BT Sport (U.K), TSN (Canada), beIN Sports (MENA), and SonyLIV (India). Here are the match coverage breakdown for the different countries:
