Update: 11th June 2018, Saturday
The welled-eyed Nadal wins his 11th French Open title and Halep wins her first ever Grand Slam title in a hot-pressure game against Stephens. On the other side, Frenchmen Mahut and Herbert left a little silver lining for the home fans by winning the men’s doubles whilst Japanese Hozumi and Ninomiya loses their bid to become the first all-Japanese pair to win a Grand Slam to Czech’s Siniaková and Krejčíková.
