Press the smart button on your remote.
You will be presented with the Smart Hub on your TV, then you will need to press each of the following keys on your TV remote once: fast forward, 2, 8, 9, rewind

The Internet Service Location Setup will appear. If you wish to download UK apps such as BBC iPlayer, ITV, etc select United Kingdom. If you wish to access US apps such as Hulu plus, etc select United States.
You will need to agree to the terms of service after you’ve selected the region.

Click Next.
Once you have agreed to the terms, the smart hub will need to be updated (Please take note that the Smart Hub will delete all the region restricted applications from the TV.)
Once all the region restricted apps have been deleted, the Smart Hub will then install all the current region apps.
If you notice any missing apps on the Hub, they can be downloaded via the Samsung apps button.
Then, the Smart TV will prompt a system update if there’s a new update.

Continue with the system update and the apps should be presented in the Smart TV.

Unfortunately it doesn’t always go to plan!
